Example: Hiding Related Items in Closed Status

You can hide related items in the closed status from certain users.

1.From the Configuration Console, add a relationship from a business object to a configuration item business object. See Adding a Relationship to a Business Object.

2.Enter information into the fields.

3.In the Condition field, enter $([OtherObject]Status != "Closed").

4.Click Save.

5.Click Save again.
